    I can take just 2 Tablespoons, after a heavy meal and feeling bloated, and notice the effects within hours. This product helps keep me regualr, and I have much appreciation for that.

    Its a great product and my family have been using it for years. I depend on it to keep my children healthy and strong. My youngest is frail and have tons of allergies. This product is such a great help in helping her fight to stay healthy.
