Shipping & Returns


Shipping / Postage & Packing

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Postage and Packing charges are included in your order. If special handling or shipping requirements are needed, then SuperNaturalSilver.com will contact you before the order is completed.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. During busy times this time frame can increase. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under SuperNaturalSilver.com's control, SuperNaturalSilver.com will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the order (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of SuperNaturalSilver.com) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to SuperNaturalSilver.com, SuperNaturalSilver.com may a) store the items in the order until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or b) sell the items in the order at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the items or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the items.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, SuperNaturalSilver.com will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, SuperNaturalSilver.com will inform you as soon as possible.


Returns and Refunds

If we make a mistake with your order simply return the item and we will replace it with the correct one. We will pay your return postage costs.

If you change your mind for any other reason, we are happy to refund or credit your account, provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of their receipt, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We regret, however, that we cannot, in this case, refund return postage costs.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
